The community that inspired me to write a few lines on the prompt decided by our lead Abhishek Singh (The Comic Dreamers): "A Secret only the Night Knows".

Why was it so calm before the dawn,

When things I wanted to achieve were dependent after dawn.

Was this little peaceful time an escape from those trajectories,

Or Was this little peaceful time bringing me closer to those rejections?

Neither did the world change nor these sounds battling for attention,

Why do I question the surroundings for revolution?

When I’m myself confused about my evolution,

Where the road most challenging seem easier to win,

Where the nights most entertaining seem careless as sin,

Where the days most calm instill fear of the deadliest to come,

I still don't know why I always like the tempest?

And not the nights which deceptively know they are not the tempest.
